Refund policy

We use a print on demand feature, which means that all products are unique and produced only once. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or if you changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with any issues at customerservice@modtricca.com and provide photo documentation showcasing the issue.
